The short version is that I have a 1929 Model A Tudor in pieces. It was taken apart nearly 40 years ago. I'm going to restore it. I got the car in February, 2007. I started work on it in June, 2007. My initial project plan called for me to complete the following items by November, 2007:
(Focus is front steering and suspension)
Frame
Front radius rod
Spindles, kingpins, tie rod, tie rod ends
Left steering arm where drift rod connects
Front spring shackles
Front spring
It's the beginning of March, 2008 and I'm still working on the frame. All I need now is warm weather! The longer story behind my ownership and work on the car is here (12 pages with pictures). PG Bartlett, the previous owner, tells his story of the car here.
Quick update, June 2008: Frame is done, starting on the front suspension. Most of the parts look great!
